1. Request a Quote
Complete the Custom Jewelry Form to receive a free quote. Share the details of your design, including your preferred center stone, metal type, diamond weight, and ring size. If you have a sketch or image of your desired piece, feel free to upload it to help us bring your vision to life.
2. Confirm Design
At Young Jewel Co., a 50% deposit of the quoted price is required to create detailed CAD rendering of your custom jewelry. These renderings provide a clear visualization of your design before production begins. Your approval of the renderings is a crucial step before moving forward. Throughout the process, we’ll stay in close contact to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
3. Begin Production
Once you approve the CAD renderings, we’ll begin production right away. Your piece will be expertly handcrafted using your chosen metal, with meticulous attention to detail. Our skilled jewelers will then set the gemstones, transforming your vision into a stunning reality.
4. Finalizing
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of your jewelry. Once it passes our strict Quality Assurance inspection, we will carefully package it and ship it via expedited delivery.

The custom jewelry process takes 3-5 days to complete. After submitting your quote request, our team will review your details and get back to you within 1-2 business days with pricing and customization options
2. How long does it take to make a custom jewelry piece?
The custom jewelry production takes approximately 10-12 days to complete. Production will begin once a 50% deposit is made, and the remaining balance must be paid before shipping.
3. Can I cancel my custom jewelry order if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, once production begins on a custom jewelry order, it cannot be canceled or modified. Since each piece is specially crafted to your specifications, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Additionally, the 50% initial deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of materials and production preparation.
4. Are custom jewelry pieces eligible for returns or exchanges?
No, all custom jewelry pieces, including custom rings, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each piece is made uniquely for you, so we recommend confirming all details before ordering.
