• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration from everyday use.
• Damage due to accidents, improper care, exposure to chemicals, or misuse.
• Loss or theft of the jewelry piece or any of its components.
• Alterations or repairs performed by third parties not authorized by Young Jewel Co.

To file a warranty claim:

1. Contact our customer service team at service@youngjewelco.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
2. We will assess the claim and provide instructions on how to return the item for inspection.
3. If the defect is covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we may offer store credit.

• Shipping costs for returning items to Young Jewel Co. are the responsibility of the customer.
