Custom Jewelry Terms & Conditions

1. Final Sale Policy
All custom jewelry pieces from Young Jewel Co. are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.

2. No Resizing or Modifications
Each custom jewelry piece is crafted to your exact specifications at the time of purchase. Once production begins, modifications, including resizing, cannot be made. Please ensure that you provide the correct ring size, metal type, and stone selection before finalizing your order.

3. Order Confirmation and Production Time
After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Production time for custom pieces varies and will be communicated at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production timelines may be subject to change due to factors such as material availability or craftsmanship requirements.

4. Deposit and Order Cancellation
Once the design is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. After the deposit is made, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with payment.

5. Quality Assurance and Defects
Each custom piece undergoes strict quality control before shipment. In the rare event that a defect is found, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with detailed photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action at our sole discretion.

6. Shipping and Delivery
All custom jewelry orders will be shipped via a secure and insured method. Once the order has been dispatched, Young Jewel Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during shipping. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at the time of purchase.

7. Care Instructions
Proper care and maintenance of your jewelry are essential to preserving its quality. Young Jewel Co. provides care guidelines, and failure to follow these instructions may result in damage that is not covered by any warranty or guarantee.

8. Agreement to Terms
