Ring Resizing
1. Complimentary Ring Re-Sizing
Young Jewel Co. offers one complimentary ring re-sizing for eligible rings. This service is available for customers who require a size adjustment after receiving their purchase.
2. Exclusions
The complimentary ring re-sizing does not apply to:
- Rings that are on sale or discounted at the time of purchase.
- Pave band rings, as resizing may compromise the integrity of the design.
- Personalized rings with engravings, as resizing may damage the engraved details.
3. Re-Sizing Request Process
Customers must request a re-sizing within 30 days of receiving their ring. To initiate the process, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the desired new ring size. This offer is only valid within 30 days of purchase.
4. Shipping and Processing
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending the ring to Young Jewel Co. for resizing. The resized ring will be shipped back to the customer at no additional cost. Standard processing times for resizing vary and will be communicated at the time of the request.
5. Additional Re-Sizing Fees
If a ring requires resizing beyond the complimentary service, additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the resizing and the design of the ring.
6. Agreement to Terms
By requesting a ring re-sizing service from Young Jewel Co., you agree to these terms and conditions. Young Jewel Co. reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
